ADAPTED FROM A POSTING OF 7TH MAY 2012
On 27th November 2009, Sean Donnelly sent the following email from his sick bed:
The following day, Jim Gallacher – who had co-organised the ‘Stars of ’79’ event with Sean wrote:
One could be excused for thinking that at a time of personal distress, Sean who was going to be ‘out of commission for a few months’, must have been extremely grateful for such unsolicited and empathic support from his co-organiser. One would, however, be wrong!
JUST FOUR DAYS later and clearly a miracle of modern medicine, Sean sent the following email:
He clearly stated that a ‘theft’ (by his co-organiser) had taken place, and was already assuming a leading role in the police involvement.
Convalescence from his spinal stroke ought to have been of paramount importance to the man who ‘had already passed all monies over’ but that was evidently not the case – indeed less than two hours later he already seemed to have decided exactly what was to happen next!
F.A.O. all Greenock Morton Supporters’ Trust Members.
Many of you attended ‘Stars of ’79’, and will recall that it was an outstanding success. That was largely down to Jim Gallacher, who spent six months organising the event. He was then maliciously reported to the police to cover wrongdoing by others. Despite having been exonerated by Strathclyde C.I.D., YOUR committee subsequently brought a ‘Small Claims’ action against him with NO mandate from you – the members.
THE COMMITTEE NOW REFUSES APOLOGY TO MR. GALLACHER AND HIS FAMILY. DO YOU – THE MEMBERS TO WHOM THAT COMMITTEE IS RESPONSIBLE – ENDORSE THIS ARROGANT DENIAL OF CULPABILITY?
When YOUR alleged representative – Nicholas Robinson, C.A. – realised that the civil action was doomed, he attempted to alter the course of justice with a Trust Deed scam which was foiled when the Accountant in Bankruptcy intervened. Despite that, Jim Gallacher’s true creditors lost a rightful dividend on account of Robinson’s devious scheme.
As a result of the Trustee having invalidated Robinson’s unsubstantiated claim, the legal action was dismissed in Jim’s favour on May 9th. When the outstanding issue of expenses is resolved, other matters will be pursued.
Mr. Robinson deliberately deceived the court on the matter of ‘Due diligence’, in a further attempt to alter the course of justice, and that may become a matter for the police as part of the cover up of Sean Donnelly’s evident theft.
Furthermore, Robinson had lied to Mr. Gallacher’s solicitor in 2010.
Robinson ‘manipulated’ Donnelly’s ‘deficit’ downwards as far as possible – to £535. An independent accounting review sets the shortfall at £1210.
WHY HAS YOUR COMMITTEE NOT PURSUED SEAN DONNELLY FOR THIS MONEY? WHY WAS HIS INNOCENT CO-ORGANISER PERSECUTED WHILE HE WAS PROTECTED FROM PUBLIC SCRUTINY BY YOUR COMMITTEE?
