Any ‘appreciation’ of an individual is normally written by a knowledgeable colleague or friend. Not so with GREENOCK MORTON F.C. DIRECTOR NICK ROBINSON!
…and here’s more:
Why has GREENOCK MORTON F.C. failed to dissociate itself from Robinson’s scandalous persecution of the Gallacher family?
PRESUMABLY THE CLUB HAS BEEN ‘BULLSHITTED’ IN THE SAME WAY AS EVERYBODY ELSE.
Here’s a classical example:
FIve and a half years have elapsed since the GREENOCK MORTON F.C. DIRECTOR persistently ‘conned’ readers of the then popular fans’ message board, and G.M.S.T. forum.
Such was Robinson’s confidence in his reprehensible Trust Deed scam that he not only decried Mortonjag’s summary, but also attempted to ‘rubbish’ the advice on which it was based. Mortonjag then published the relevant letter from Harper Macleod LL.P.’s dedicated insolvency department whereupon THE GREENOCK MORTON F.C. DIRECTOR was so furious that he made a ludicrous formal complaint via the G.M.S.T.’s solicitor!
How DARE Mortonjag attempt to defend the professional reputation of Harper Macleod against the twisted thinking of a lying Wemyss Bay bean counter Hell bent on feathering his own nest!
GREENOCK MORTON F.C. DIRECTOR Nick Robinson’s blinkered self-seeking arrogance has all but brought the Morton Supporters’ Trust to its knees!
Strathclyde C.I.D. exonerated Jim Gallacher of wrongdoing in the ‘Stars of ’79’ event in January 2010. That should have been the end of the matter for the Gallacher family.
Not so! G.M.S.T. chairman Stuart Duncan’s early stupidity in protracting the Gallachers’ persecution was eclipsed by GREENOCK MORTON F.C. DIRECTOR Nick Robinson’s determination to nail his victim in order to gain a foothold on the ‘Morton scene’. Despite fellow bean counter ‘Dear Iain’ Forsyth having been forced to invalidate an unsubstantiated Trust Deed claim in dubious circumstances which are now the subject of a complaint to I.C.A.S., Robinson still refuses to allow closure for Jim Gallacher and his ailing elderly mother.
DO MR. ROBINSON’S FELLOW MORTON F.C. DIRECTORS CONDONE THIS CONDUCT?
When G.M.S.T. v Gallacher returned to court last June, and with dismissal tacitly agreed between the solicitors, Robinson – with no committee backing, let alone a mandate from the Trust membership – wantonly insisted on ‘dragging out’ proceedings for almost another year, leaving the Trust exposed to a further £3k in defence costs.
THOSE ARE THE FACTS OF THE MATTER.
Will GREENOCK MORTON F.C. DIRECTOR NICK ROBINSON now claim that this statement from Mortonjag is ‘riddled with both factual and legal inaccuracies’, and if so, will GREENOCK MORTON F.C. finally step in to stop its director in his tracks, as should have been done long ago by the Trust committee!
