COURT ACTION WAS NOT APPROVED BY MEMBERS (FIRST PUBLISHED ON ‘THE FROG BLOG’ – 27TH MARCH 2010)
Good morning fellow Trust member. For those half dozen or so of you who are home based, have you remembered to advance your clocks? Mr. Sun will be putting in an appearance in Inverclyde today and we’ll hopefully see a lot of him in the near future.
Fellow Trust member, do you recall the following statement?

|The Supporters’ Trust have now completed their own investigation into the affairs of the Stars of ’79 Celebration evening.
Many lessons have been learned.
As a result of those investigation, which resulted in representatives of the Trust speaking to many people not previously spoken to by the police, a report has been compiled on the events leading up to the evening, the activities on the night of the event and activities that took place after the event. Given the contents of the report The Board of the Trust have agreed to seek legal advice as to what action is now available to them.
We will keep you updated on any developments.
Stuart Duncan made a massive error in his approach to the ‘Stars of ’79’ fiasco. Indeed, had his then committee behaved constitutionally, nothing would have gone amiss!
DO WE AGREE WITH THIS ACTION? MY OPINION HAS NEVER BEEN SOUGHT.
The purpose of today’s blog is to remind you of that Small Claims Action raised by the Trust Committee on Mr. Duncan’s behalf. There will be a preliminary hearing tomorrow in Greenock Sheriff Court, and unlike Mr. Duncan, Mortonjag WILL keep you updated on developments.
……AND NOW – ON THE WINTER SOLSTICE AND AFTER ALMOST SEVEN YEARS OF LIES AND HALF TRUTHS FROM SUCCESSIVE TRUST CHAIRMEN AND THE BOOTING INTO TOUCH OF A SHAMEFUL TRUST DEED SCAM – ALLAN ‘CHUCKLECHOPS’ FEENEY CLAIMS THAT A PROPERLY CONVENED S.G.M. WAS CANCELLED ‘ON LEGAL ADVICE’.
Publish that advice Chucklechops! There’s a good boy!
