DUNCAN – PROVING IT IS A DIFFERENT MATTER

THE FOLLOWING EXCHANGE TOOK PLACE BETWEEN THE TRUST CHAIRMAN AND A NON TRUST MEMBER,  FULLY TWO DAYS BEFORE A WATERSHED COMMITTEE MEETING AT WHICH MESSRS. GILL AND ROBINSON HAD PROMISED TO ‘GET THINGS SORTED’.

(22ND JUNE 2010)

From:

Iain McGregor

Good morning Stuart,

I expect that you now have Ernie’s documentation.

Despite all the slanging he has copped, he has only wanted the

truth to come out.

Hopefully the Board will do the right thing on Thursday.

Enjoy the glorious weather.

Iain

Good day to you Iain,

I already know the truth of the matter. Sadly proving it is a

different story. But I will read through the documentation Ernie has

supplied with great interest as its the first time I’ve heard another

version of events.

I already have in my possession a version of one of the events that happened on the night that Jim Gallagher has related and of course its untrue.
I know its untrue as it concerns me and I’m supremely confident that my memory of the event is crystal clear.

I’m sure given the facts they now have in their possession the board will make up its own mind.

Regards,
Stuart

Mr. Chairman sounded ‘supremely confident’ in advance of that committee meeting!

WHY?
