A couple of points on the discussion on here.


2) Jim Gallacher had no right to defend this case….

…. all of the legal costs expended by both sides and the court’s time have been wasted.

Its a truism that many solicitors have only the vaguest understanding ….
…..He should know that his client has no locus to defend the case.

I think you are missing the point guys. It is no longer legally competent for us to pursue Jim Gallacher any more than he has any locus to continue.

Guys, I’m temporarily locking this topic as the main procedural points have been answered by Nick’s various posts. If something significant happens I’ll re-open the thread. For now I think we’re in danger of treading in to difficult territory by having people speculate about the ins and outs of a quite technical area of law.

Well Dr. McCorkindale – who said it, when, and in which context, and rather that ‘re-opening the thread’ on your incestuous little Trust forum why not do your job properly and make the announcement on the OFFICIAL TRUST WEBSITE.
