CONFLICTING INTERESTS!

Mortonjag’s intended topic this evening was MORIBUNDITY – in particular the self evident moribundity of the Greenock Morton Supporters’ Society Ltd., whose web site has been replaced by a meaningless photograph.

THERE HAS BEEN A CHANGE OF PLAN!

Today, Trust Chairman and Accountant Nicholas Robinson C.A. has refused to answer legitimate questions from a member because – he claims – there is a ‘conflict of interest’.

Specifically, the ‘offending’ member has allegedly given support to another member to assist him in defending a civil action brought by Robinson and the Trust committee. That action was not approved by the membership.

The ‘offending’ member is understood to have taken legal advice which may explain his big broad smile!

MR. ROBINSON WOULD DO WELL TO LOOK MUCH CLOSER TO HOME!

(c) A significant relationship has existed with the entity or someone connected with the entity (see also section on professional and personal relationships).

The term ‘MORIBUNDITY’ may be applied to a professional reputation.
