|MJ – this will be my last post on the matter.
It is a personal statement.
I am 100% confident that I have the evidence required to get the trust members money back from one individual.
I have prepared a full report on the matter which will be published at the appropriate time.
I had kept away from the topic due to all the rumour, innuendo, guesswork while I worked away in the background to get to the whole truth of the matter, especially in the circumstances of there being a lack of a papertrail.
I have not sat idly by – I have done my utmost to make a thorough investigation as has been practically possible based on the experience of my former employment.
In the fullness of time ALL THE FACTS pertaining to the missing money will be published and there for all to see.
GOOD FOR YOU PLOD! IT’S LONG PAST TIME FOR EVERYBODY TO KNOW WHY DONNELLY’S DEFICIT HAS NOT BEEN ACTED UPON BY HIS PARTNERS IN CRIME.

Nick gave us an update on the Stars of ’79 Night issue. As is well known, this is a sensitive matter, currently in the hands of solicitors, and not one which is appropriate to discuss on a public forum. For that reason, there is nothing more that we can say except that things are progressing and that (regardless of what you might read elsewhere) whenever, however the matter is resolved we will provide a full written report, from beginning to end, covering all facets, for members to scrutinise. That is a promise you can keep me to!
THAT’S A PROMISE WHICH YOU MAY BITTERLY REGRET SONNY BOY!

Along with Chris McCorkindale, I am effectively leading the trust’s efforts in this connection and am very limited in what I can say about it for legal reasons. Like our new secretary, however, as soon as the matter is resolved one way or the other, I will publish a full report on what has happened.
THREE TABLOID PAGES OR TEN MORE CHAPTERS OF ‘PINICCIO’ ROBINSON’S TIRESOME SPIN AND LIES – TAKE YOUR PICK FOLKS!
The Trust Committee has only ever had two answers to pertinent questions about their criminally irresponsible actions in the Stars of ’79 fiasco:
1/ The matter is sub-judice, and
2/ We will produce a full report when the legal situation permits.
Those have been a total ‘cop out’, but time is now catching up on the cosy wee clique which has deliberately protected one of its own in the face of his apparent misappropriation of £1210. There is no escaping that FACT.
The matter goes to court in thirteen days, after which, as Mortonjag has often stated, a report WILL be published – not on a couple of insignificant message boards – but right ‘out there’ for ALL to see.
