‘Jim…….Your a snake, scum, theif and you don’y care the impact you have on others.

Can’t wait for the court case now’

The statement above is unpleasant. It is but one example of over twenty UNMODERATED,  offensive, and often defamatory ‘postings’ made on greenockmorton.org by GREENOCK MORTON TRUST DIRECTOR SEAN DONNELLY.

His directorship and the repeated failure of David Bell and his moderators to intervene responsibly are no coincidence. ‘Bell’s comic’ had always been used as a Trust committee propaganda platform whenever the old guard was forced to creep out from under the complacency stone. They even had a tame moderator on the Board!

Donnelly has mentioned THE court case which leaves Mortonjag puzzled as to which of three pending court cases he refers!

First up will be a defamation action against himself, followed by a similar action against fellow TRUST DIRECTOR Danny ‘Grass’ Goodwin, but Mortonjag senses that the bucketeer was thinking of the long threatened civil action by the Trust committee.

Over a year after that first threat, and after two months of indescribable bungling which raised many an eyebrow in the Sheriff Clerk’s office, they finally managed to raise a Small Claims action a few weeks ago.

THAT ACTION WAS RAISED BY THE TRUST BOARD OF DIRECTORS ON BEHALF OF THE TRUST BOARD OF DIRECTORS. IT HAS BEEN DELIBERATELY HIDDEN FROM THE MEMBERSHIP.

Apparently it was ‘not deemed to be  in the interests of either party to inform the members’!

If ever confirmation was needed that that committee has totally lost sight of reality, there it is. Confirmation absolute of an action by a select few who palpably care not a jot what the inevitably dwindling membership thinks – a select few who see themselves AS The Trust. That was never the way things were meant to be, but who gives a toss about constitutions and democracy when he’s on a blinkered ego trip to nowhere?

Donnelly and his committee sidekicks are good at hiding things. There’s still no sign of that apparently missing £1500 of ‘Doors’ ticket income queried last June by a firm of Glasgow solicitors, and there’s still no sign of accountant ‘Piniccio’ Robinson’s promised explanations. To be fair, there are only three of them on that wee sub -committee (one being Donnelly himself) – and like Small Claims actions, those things take time!

…..and what of that Small Claim?

‘Doors’ can probably sell half a dozen of those houses in Mallard Crescent before it’ll get anywhere near a proof hearing – if indeed it ever does – while in the interim, Mr. Goodwin can Plod along for another few months. Those Inverclyde ‘Ladyships’ and their ‘bad weeks’ eh! The mills of God grind slowly but they grind exceeding small!

It’s possible of course that ‘Doors’ was referring to his very own day in Court, and if that is so there’s good news for him. It’s just around the corner.  The bold bucketeer will surely last out for another few weeks when he’s been SO patient for SO long despite his desperation to get onto that stand!

‘OK here is my response to you and to your mate of 25 maybe 30 years
Jim Gallacher stole money from the Trust.
Now please let your snake of a mate know that, I welcome any court action, infact I put on here on record for all to see, I ask Jim Gallacher to take me to court. No seriously please do.’

So Jim Gallacher stole money from the Trust.  There it is in red and yellow. There can’t be much doubt about the meaning of that statement!

What a pleasant man! His ‘partners in crime’ must be thoroughly proud to be associated with him.

The Trust membership can be sure of one thing.  If Sean Donnelly is representative of the rest of that committee they’d be as well kissing their investments goodbye forever.

The way things have gone and the time things are taking suggest that that may already be the case.

CHAIRMAN DUNCAN:

‘I AGREE WITH DANNY’S SUMMATION.’
